Your first visit
Prepare for your first spa visit
Confirm the session, arrival instructions and personal questions before booking.
A first visit is easier when you know what is booked and how the session runs. Start with the current service description and ask staff about anything that affects your comfort or suitability. A service name alone does not explain the equipment or format.
Work through it
- Confirm the selected experience, appointment time and arrival requirements. Ask what is supplied and what you should bring.
- Review the intake process and raise relevant personal health or accessibility questions before the session. Ask who can advise when a suitability question requires clinical input.
- Allow time for orientation and changing. Tell staff that it is your first visit and ask how to pause or end the session if needed.
Check your result
- The booked service is clear.
- Preparation questions are answered.
- You know how to ask for assistance.
